Product Overview

For the Membrane Switch Panel - Panda™, the membrane labeling is identical and consistent throughout for the visual enhancement of the product. Here it is used for the identification of the keycats on the software panel. It is usually printed with ink or dye. The commonly used dye is fluorescent dye. This panel has a labeling with two different background colors with printed texts and symbols in different colors, in order to distinguish or differentiate. Background A is colored with PMS 5595C with ink-00053-CL4 texture, Background B and Background C with PMS 5565C. The text portions include; copy & bar, switch borders & color and the logo should be marked in PMS black, PMS 1205C and PMS black as per the notes. All inks must be opaque, double ink run if necessary. Panel material should be 0.007" thick subsurface printed polycarbonate unless specified, which is UV protected for long-term usage. It also maintains good mechanical properties between -40° F and 280° F.
