Product Overview
The Door Panel E/W is made up of an Acrylite GP material. This material is chosen because of having better weather resistance than other types of plastics. It can withstand in various weather conditions like sunlight, extreme cold, sudden temperature changes, salt water spray and other harsh condition. The light weight of the material allows the operator to handle it easily. The good expansion and contraction of the material offers sustainability in many type of weather condition. The expansion of the material will be 3 times as much as metals and 8 times as much as glass. It has high impact resistance, which means the material has the ability to withstand the sudden shock or intense force. This can be used in temperature range from 0 0° C (0 0° F) to 93 0° C (200 0° F). This door is one of the major component in bed and side panel assembly. This is being used as a side wall in Giraffe™ incubator. This door has two porthole cutout on it. These two cutout will be enclosed by porthole door. The born babies can be accessed easily using this porthole doors.
