Product Overview
The ProCare Temperature Kit consist of a temperature probe, temperature sensor, optical sensor cable, optical sensor bracket, cable tie, front and rear housing, washer and torx-pan head screws. The photo microsensor is a compact optical sensor that senses objects or object positions with an optical beam. The transmissive photo microsensor incorporates an emitter and a transmissive that face each other. When an object is detected in the sensing position between the emitter and the detector, the object intercepts the optical beam of the emitter, thus reducing the amount of optical energy reaching the detector. The optical switch cable consists of two different ends. One end is pin type and other is connector type. This cable consists of many wires that are snapped in twisted form and used to transmit signal for one end to other end. Optical sensor bracket is used to hold the sensor in its position. The bracket is made of an aluminum 5052-H32 material. This material has a high fatigue strength, weldability, moderate strength and good resistance to sea waters and chemicals. Front and rear temperature housings are assembled together to form the complete housing assembly. This housing is made of a Cycoloy cx2142me material. This material has a high impact strength, good heat resistance and high chemical resistance. The cable tie is used as a fastener for holding all this material together, which is made of a durable nylon material.
